SODIUM PHOSPHATE TRIBASIC, ANHYDROUS, FCC is one of the sodium salts derived from phosphoric acid. It is highly hygroscopic and water soluble. It is used commercially in powered product as an anti-caking agent. In aqueous solution it is basic, with a pH value between 8.0 and 11.0.
