MA models feature a temperature range of -50 to +200 °C with an keypad for set point in put with LED temperature display for actual and set point values. An integrated timer, three-point calibration, RS232 interface for PC connection, a high/low temperature cut-off safety and a low liquid level protection (via float). The MA has a maximum flow rate of 16 L/min with a pressure up to 6.5 PSI.
ME models: include features of the MA, with the addition of; a bright VFD comfort display for simultaneous indication of internal/external set point and actual values, and PID cascade temperature control for highest internal and external temperature stability. The pump is electronically adjustable including an illuminated pump stage display. A Pt100 connection for external measurement and control with an integrated programmer with up to 10 steps enables added control and application flexibility. The ME has a maximum flow rate of 16 L/min with a pressure up to 6.5 PSI.
Units provide high heating/cooling capacities to ensure rapid heating and cooling times. All units feature stainless steel construction and bath tank lids. Active Cooling Control to +200 °C provides immediate cooling across the entire operating range. FP models offer proportional cooling control which adjusts the cooling power as needed; reducing energy consumption and lowering heat generation to the environment. FPW models are water cooled. A removable venting grid at the front facilitates removal of dust from the condenser grid. Models have handles to allow for easy transport and include a drain port on the front for easy draining of the bath fluid. Pump connections on the back supplied with 8 and 10 mm hose barbs. Typical applications: internal temperature control of test tubes, beakers, etc.; or external temperature control of closed loop systems such as condensers, jacketed reactors, refractometers, viscometers.
