These ovens feature the patented APT.Line™ preheating chamber technology with 2 expansion racks, engineered to ensure all temperature-related tasks such as heating, drying, and sterilizing are conducted exactly the same each time, reliably and quickly for reproducible results.
The inner chamber is made of electro polished Type 316 stainless steel with rounded edges and internally welded seams for easy cleaning. The interior is completely tempered preventing condensation and ensuring moisture deposits will not impair drying results. This preheating chamber allows all connecting tubes to the inner chamber to be subjected to the heating process reducing the risk of condensation in the inner chamber.
High-quality insulation reduces heat dissipation, which contributes to an active reduction in ambient temperature and avoids the need for additional air conditioning in the lab.
Ovens feature pressure-resistant construction and a spring mounted safety glass panel with shatter protection.
The two-point door lock and high-quality tempered silicone gasket ensure tight closure of the chamber door. The low temperature of 50°C maximum of the external housing (even at working temperatures of 250°C) provides burn protection.
The microprocessor controller with LED display and LCD screen allows easy programming of individual temperature profiles and advanced with 2 programs with 10 sections each, alternatively switchable to 1 program with 20 sections applications for reproducible drying processes.
All ovens feature an RS-422 interface, inert gas connection with fine-dosing aeration valve, analog manometer, and integral DN16 measuring gauge in the rear panel. The integral thermostat is rated Class 2, according to DIN 12880, Part 1. The inert gas connection features cross-flow technology, which guarantees complete flushing through the inner chamber, and provides even drying and shorter drying times.
