Featuring a built-in ambient temperature sensor, this versatile base unit can be used on its own to measure and record temperature data, or connected interchangeably to any Ward's Single Probes Sensor to automatically engage the unit and measure and display data in real time. Whether your classroom is equipped with a PC, Mac, iPad, Android tablet, Smartphone, or any combination of these, the Ward's Single Probes Base Unit offers universal connectivity no matter which device you choose to use. Data can be displayed directly on the easy-to-read touch screen built into the unit, transmitted to your PC/Mac via USB cable, or wirelessly to any PC/Mac, tablet, or Smartphone using the Ward's Single Probes Wi-Fi Module (available separately). Student-friendly icon-based touch screen is easy for students to understand and use. Select from four different data display modes to see data in digital, analog, graph, or barograph format.
