Factory temperature mapping on equipment to include 15 probes in air and 3 probes in sample solution for 360 minutes, with temperature readings every 60 seconds. Testing is conducted at manufacturer site. Validation Template with Temperature Mapping documentation helps customers execute validation on site after purchase. Must be purchased at the same time as the equipment. All service plans are valid only at the point of equipment sale.
White Glove Installation and Verification Service–the white glove installation includes unpacking, inspection, removal/disposal of packing materials, transporting order via elevator and merchandise set up in the room of your choice, installation of casters or leveling feet, power and electrical connections inspected, supply voltage verified, functional and performance verification documented. Our engineers will move the unit from the customer's receiving dock to the lab within the same building. This service does NOT include transportation from vendor warehouse to customer's receiving dock.
