Tray insert for pans, instrument trays, multi-purpose trays and other shallow containers. Capacity: 5 trays. Utensil basket with cover for miscellaneous labware such as stoppers, spatulas and other small lightweight items. Mesh basket is a full rack insert, open mesh basket that can be used for a variety of utensils and loose labware. The bulk tube insert's quick-loading design holds up to 600 each 13 mm tubes or 244 each 20 mm tubes. Divider securely holds tubes during wash cycle. Culture tube inserts are designed to hold 10 to 12 mm, 15 to 18 mm or 20 to 24 mm Ext.Ø tubes. Retainer top included with 10 to 12 mm insert only but may be purchased separately. 48-Pin insert securely holds smaller volume wide-mouth labware. Silicone tips prevent scratching. 10-Pin and 32-Pin inserts also available. Graduated cylinder insert holds up to 3 graduated cylinders. Includes 3 full-coverage spray nozzles for maximum cleanability. Up to 2 inserts per rack.
Full-coverage spray nozzle distributes water to maximize cleanability of wide-mouth labware. Includes 1 spray nozzle and 1 spindle. Test tube holders accommodate test tubes with 10 to 13 mm, 14 to 20 mm or 20 to 25 mm Ext.Ø. Two may be stacked for increased capacity. Stacked holders can't accommodate an upper rack in the washer. Requires Labconco 4575300 conversion kit and lower spindle rack (not included). Utensil holder for spatulas, spoons, scoops and other miscellaneous utensils. Utensils fit into 6 spacious compartments. Test tube spindle conversion kit includes 6 spindle rows with 8 spindles per row and a supportive base. Requires test tube holder insert 4574700, 4574800 or 4574900. Pipette inserts securely holds up to 6 or 24 pipettes vertically to clean and dry pipettes. Vial inserts securely hold up to 48 (12×32 mm or 15×45 mm) vials during washing. Includes retainer lid with handle, support holder and 6 spindle arms. May use up to 2 per spindle rack.
Liquid detergent dispenser kit, acid rinse dispenser kit and detergent and acid rinse dispenser kit connect to any SteamScrubber® or FlaskScrubber® washer to automate liquid detergent or acid rinse dispensing, or both. Includes peristaltic pump, float switch, tubing, and either a one-gallon plastic container (detergent kit), a one-liter plastic container (acid rinse kit), or both. Detergent and acid rinse not included.
Base stands elevate freestanding SteamScrubber® and FlaskScrubber® or FlaskScrubber® Vantage washers by 17" for loading convenience. Includes one storage compartment with hinged door. Stationary stand, fully assembled with leveling feet.
Ethernet kit provides connectivity for remote updates and access to data. For use with Labconco SteamScrubber and FlaskScrubber washers with 9-digit catalog number.
Detergent storage cabinet provides convenient compartment to store automatic detergent dispense pumps and bottles for Labconco SteamScrubber® and FlaskScrubber® washers.
Protective opaque silicone tips cover the ends of spindle tips to prevent scratching of glass and metal labware. 40 silicone tips per bag.
Upper rack retrofit kit allows for use of current high-flexibility upper racks in Labconco FlaskScrubber® or SteamScrubber® washers with 7-digit catalog numbers beginning with 442 and 440. Includes retrofit slides and hardware. Installation required.
Heater cover provides barrier layer between labware and heating coils in Labconco glassware washers. Unique design provides additional filtration layer to protect from broken glass.
Small spindle racks have a high-capacity design with 60 spindles, 60 spindle plugs, 12 spindle arm plugs, spindle tool and wash arm for cleaning of small narrow-neck labware in Labconco glassware washers. Catalog number for upper rack for FlaskScrubber® and FlaskScrubber® Vantage includes upper slide rails for installation. Lower small spindle rack may be used in place of any lower rack in Labconco glassware washers.
Spindle racks are designed for narrow-neck labware in Labconco glassware washers. Includes 36 spindles, 36 adjust height clips, 18 glassware holders, 10 small spindles & clips, 36 spindle plugs, 12 spindle arm plugs. Catalog number for upper rack for FlaskScrubber® and FlaskScrubber® Vantage includes upper slide rails for installation. Lower spindle rack is included with every FlaskScrubber® and FlaskScrubber® Vantage and may be used in place of lower standard rack in SteamScrubber® washers.
Standard racks are open to accommodate accessory inserts to suit your labware needs (sold separately). Includes wash arm. May be used in any Labconco glassware washer. Drain water Ccooling kit provides plumbing components, solenoid valve and electrical connections necessary to reduce drain water temperature to <60 °C (<140 °F). Requires cold water connection. For use in Labconco glassware washers. 115 or 230 V options available. Freestanding-to-Mobile conversion kit adds mobility to freestanding washer models. Allows washers to be plugged into a 20 A electrical wall outlet and connected to a standard laboratory sink faucet. For use with Labconco FlaskScrubber® and SteamScrubber® washers. Not compatible with FlaskScrubber Vantage models. 115 or 230 V options available.
Compact thermal printer produces summary report of washer cycle. Includes USB data cable and rechargeable NiMH AA batteries. Separate models for use with Labconco FlaskScrubber® and SteamScrubber® washers or Labconco FlaskScrubber® Vantage washers.
